the rooftop pool was an awesome spot to chill the views were totally fine. the spa was really peaceful it was a fantastic experience too
the lobby had a signature scent and it was a bit too much it was overpowering. there was a building project happening nearby it made a lot of noise from early in the morning till late.

the staff was cute and helpful. the location is excellent, very close to many restaurants (i could walk everywhere!).

the hotel is perfectly situated on the waterfront in mouille point. it's an ideal spot for a walk with numerous restaurants and cafés nearby. the v&a waterfront is also easily accessible from the hotel.

Really good Hospitality and Rooftop Views
really good hospitality complimentary upgrade rooftop pool attentive staff
Jayson and the staff offered really good hospitality. We received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival (it was a pleasant surprise!). The rooftop pool provided amazing ocean and mountain views. Mercy and Ananti consistently went the extra mile, we felt at home.
The lobby's signature scent was a little overpowering for me.

Really good Boutique Hotel Experience

The rooftop pool provided amazing ocean and mountain views, a true highlight. The rooms were well-designed and super clean.. I also found the staff to be genuinely attentive. The location is very convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
The lack of an on-site restaurant meant going next door for meals, a bit inconvenient when the weather wasn't great.

The hotel is situated just outside the V&A Waterfront. It is also within walking distance of the promenade, which I found to be an added bonus.

I loved the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. the hotel features lovely artwork and furniture with vibrant colors. i especially enjoyed the big balcony with a sofa and table. It was relaxing.
the corridors had somewhat poor lighting, which could be improved.

The beautiful king room was spacious and luxurious. i found everything i needed. They really considered all the details. the room even included a scented candle upon arrival, which i greatly appreciated.
