the rooftop pool was an awesome spot to chill the views were totally fine. the spa was really peaceful it was a fantastic experience too
the lobby had a signature scent and it was a bit too much it was overpowering. there was a building project happening nearby it made a lot of noise from early in the morning till late.

the hotel is perfectly situated on the waterfront in mouille point. it's an ideal spot for a walk with numerous restaurants and cafés nearby. the v&a waterfront is also easily accessible from the hotel.

Jayson and the staff offered really good hospitality. We received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival (it was a pleasant surprise!). The rooftop pool provided amazing ocean and mountain views. Mercy and Ananti consistently went the extra mile, we felt at home.
The lobby's signature scent was a little overpowering for me.

The rooftop pool provided amazing ocean and mountain views, a true highlight. The rooms were well-designed and super clean.. I also found the staff to be genuinely great. The location is very convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
The lack of an on-site restaurant meant going next door for meals, a bit inconvenient when the weather wasn't great.

I loved the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. the hotel features lovely artwork and furniture with vibrant colors. i especially enjoyed the big balcony with a sofa and table. It was relaxing.
the corridors had somewhat poor lighting, which could be improved.
